Follow the Plan change request tickets process
All tickets from any retailers that are not flagged as Enterprise asking about plan changes should be passed to your Team Leader.
Examples of the types of questions are:
- Do you have a cheaper plan?
- Can I request a review of my account? I want a cheaper rate.
- I'm thinking of adding another marketplace and my sales will increase. What can you offer?
- I want to add another marketplace and can't (when they are on a free Trade Me plan)
If the retailer is flagged as Enterprise, then the ticket should be passed to Krystal.
