Fix Orders not importing from marketplace into Omnivore

If you get an issue where the orders are not importing from eBay or Amazon AU you can use the 'list orders' pages to find the orders.


  1. Go to the Retailer Dashboard - New Dashboard
  2. On this page CTRL F to find 'list orders'
  3. Currently it will be under Trading API eBay and Amazon.
  4. Click list orders
  5. On this page then search for the order you cannot find (the seller will need to have sent you the order)
  6. Click Create, the order may create OR it may throw an error.
  7. Escalate if it throws an error.
