Overview

The general order workflow is as per any other marketplace. The order is placed and sent across to Omnivore. This order then needs to be ACCEPTED and once accepted a driver is assigned to collect.

A scheduled order allows a customer to pre-order a product and have it delivered at a nominated date / time. These orders are still required to be accepted and then reaccepted at the nominated date / time.

All orders can be modified throughout the order lifecycle up until and including collection.  This includes delete a line item, replace a line item or update quantity of a line item.

Key Rules for orders:

• Orders MUST be accepted within 11 min or the order is cancelled and refunded
• Orders can be auto accepted or manually accepted
• Orders can be modified up until the point of collection
• Orders can be cancelled even after collection
