Baseline - as long as data is clean/haven't done uplaod into PIM for data enrichment so need to know how that is going to work. 

Products:  Pricat file (Omnivore) and Uploading products (enrichment - manual)

Order and Inventory syncng set up (standard and based on bar code)

Returns is a manual process DJ and then sent back to the retailer.

Costs - need an EDI account with IPT (they take a fee), Testing agreement with SPS - $600 (required)

Project management, Tech Work

X number of weeks, Y number of hours - 6 weeks, 4 hours a week; $190 = $4560
