Link to Existing Iconic Listings when Omnivore SKU does not match

If the Omnivore SKU does not match the Iconic SKU we can link to existing listings but the Iconic must be involved to do this. If this is not done, products will need to be deleted from the Iconic and this will have an impact on the ranking and history of the products.

When looking to cutover this will generally need a portion of downtime due to the change.

Once all setup is complete

  • See attached SellerSku Change template. This must be completed and sent to the Iconic
  • The Iconic store is set into holiday mode by the retailer, this can be completed through Settings>Your Profile> Scroll to the bottom and set the dates for holiday mode. This should be set for at least a few days. When the store is ready to be turned back on the holiday end date can be deleted and saved so the store will become live.
  • Outstanding Iconic orders must be shipped by the retailer
  • The Sku change doc is uploaded by the Iconic
  • After the Iconic confirms the SKU change doc the retailer must upload the SkuSupplierConfig xlsx document to match our parent product SKU to the SkuSupplierConfig field (see the attached file change-Skusupplier-config.xlsx (this is the actual file used for Dune London) at https://m1.omnivore.com.au/dashboard/dune-london-au
  • The change SkuSupplierConfig file is uploaded in the iconic seller centre at Products>Import Products> Update Products
  • The Iconic store turned back on by the retailer at an agreed time
