If a user changes their password in eBay, they will need to re-authorise their O Auth and API tokens via Omnivore.


  1. Retailer should reset password on eBay.
  2. Omnivore support to change the username e.g just add a . to the end of the user name under settings - configuration - store settings then click 'Update Settings'
  3. Reset the username back to what it should be i.e remove the . and click 'Update Settings'
  4. The alerts/prompts in the top of the dashboard should then appear and the retailer will need to click 'Go to eBay'
