How to apply and remove subtitles

Adding a Subtitle

• Go to settings - configuration - ebay store settings.
• Scroll down to 'Advanced settings' and in the field 'Product subtitle' add the title. If there is an existing subtitle e.g TGG have 'The Good Guys Official Store' in non sale periods then remember to make a note of it so that when you remove the subtitle you can put it back.
• IMPORTANT: Subtitles must be no more than 55 characters and a '&' character is worth 5.
• Go to the dashboard and click 'Upload to eBay'.

Removing a Subtitle

• Go to settings - configuration - ebay store settings.
• Scroll down to 'Advanced settings' and in the field 'Product subtitle' remove the text.
• If the seller has a regular subtitle like TGG, put it back. 
• If they don't usually have subtitles, YOU MUST PUT A SPACE in the field or the subtitles won't come off the listings.
• Click save.
• Go to the dashboard and click 'Upload to eBay'.

Things to remember:

• Super Cheap Auto subtitles need to be pushed up and removed at least 24 hours prior to start or finish time of promotions due to the number of products.
