Set up Bunnings - initial notes for onboarding and support

  • UPC/GTIN - All sellers must have GTIN so we can read them on our end. In certain cases, we do provide dummy barcodes when it need be. They cannot read your internal SKU codes for reporting purposes on google Analytics so this is something we really need. (this came directly from Bunnings Support, I had a seller having issues, hence had to ask for more clarification, Leone.)
  • Colours need to be mapped to match the colours in the Bunnings Database
  • Sizes are an exact match for bunnings - they need to be mapped if they have any size value not in the database. Currently there is no way to check this pre go live. 
  • Value Mappings can be done directly as JSON code like below in the settings->Bunnings->General page or altenatively (and easier if you know the mapping name by hitting "Edit Mappings" on the Settings->Bunnigns->General page:

  • If a retailer has existing listings you need to check that there are no category mappings in their mirakl, ask for this screenshot - it should look like this: 
  • Brand have to be in the Bunnings database, currently Steve can give you a list so that you can check prior go live. If it is just a mispelling/name variation these can then be mapped, if not in the database, retailer will need to contact bunnings.

  • if retailer has Intelligent Reach try and get them to give you the link to the IR data. Once you have this use command prompt like this

    From this file you can extract the key selling points, product names (it optimised), warranty and category mappings

  • Shipping appears to have the same type of setup as Catch where the main setup is done in Bunnings then we link to the code/s for each shipping policy like we did for Catch
