Instances where you need to Uninstall the BigCommerce App

Know when to uninstall the Omnivore BigCommerce app.

This FAQ explains the only situations in which you should uninstall the BigCommerce app.

 

When should I uninstall the app

You should only uninstall the app if:

  • Our Support Team has specifically instructed you to do so.
  • You see an error message that explicitly tells you to uninstall and reinstall the app.
  • You no longer wish to use the app and want to discontinue the service completely.

Important

These are the only circumstances in which the app should be uninstalled.

 

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, remove your marketplace listings, or disconnect your marketplace accounts. Your listings and account data will remain unaffected.
