Overview

This FAQ provides an overview of shipping options on Baby Bunting marketplace.  It is highly recommended to review this page before you continue with setup. - https://marketplacesupport.babybunting.com/support/solutions/articles/151000080716-shipping-configuration


Note:  Shipping setup is done within Baby Bunting/Mirakl.  Within Omnivore you will also need to add a shipping policy but before you do this step it is recommended to have the shipping setup with your marketplace seller account first.


Resources for setting up shipping on Baby Bunting

Shipping is generally set up within Baby Bunting and will be discussed with you by your account manager. See also Shipping Grid Configuration in the Baby Bunting/Mirakl support section for information on how to set up shipping in Baby Bunting Marketplace.


Options for shipping on Baby Bunting.

The options available for shipping are:

  • Flat rate shipping
  • Free shipping; on all products or for products over a certain threshold
  • Shipping based on 18 defined shipping zones - create a flat rate for each zone. You can also set different rates for parcel sizes within each zone. NB: for a breakdown of zones/postcodes, see this Baby Bunting/Mirakl FAQ.
  • Weight based shipping - you will need to set up Product Groups using the Weight criteria in Omnivore then link each product group to a Baby Bunting Logistics Class in the Omnivore Shipping Policy.
  • Shipping charges for different products as defined using Product Groups in Omnivore.
