Connection Details
Important: Your Omnivore Onboarding Specialist will go through some of these steps with you. Onboarding for the Iconic Marketplace is setup under instruction by our Integration Team. Please contact us for more information
- Existing Omnivore Sellers adding The Iconic into Omnivore please note below.
- You will have to be logged into your Iconic Marketplace Account (pre-prod and production), and you will also need to access/login to Omnivore to complete this process.
- NOTE: these step must be completed twice, one connects to your Iconic pre-production account and one connects to your Iconic production account.
- Omnivore needs a User ID and API Key to connect to The Iconic; this information is found in your Iconic Seller Centre. This is the case for both production and pre-production, where the API Key will be different.
- In this article we will do the pre-production first.
- Log in to your Iconic Seller Center (pre-production) navigate to the Settings menu, click Integration Management, this can be found in the top right hand corner.
- Scroll down to the API Explorer section to locate your User ID and API Key.
- Launch Omnivore and navigate to Settings - The Iconic - General.
- At the top of the page enter your credentials from step 4 into Omnivore, we recommend using copy and paste. Ensure you have the second option for pre-production selected, it may be already selected by default.
- Scroll down on the page and click Update Settings.
- Using the same steps as 3 & 4 above login to your iconic seller center (production) and locate your production user id and api key.
- Go back to Omnivore and repeat the process to connect to production, making sure the first option is selected.
- Scroll down on the page and click Update Settings.

Test Your Connection
The check connection button tests the connection from Omnivore to The Iconic. If you do get an error check the credentials and repeat the steps above.
