Refunds and Cancellations are made in your Westfield Direct account not Omnivore
How to Refund the Order in Westfield Direct
- Login into your Mirakl account at https://scentregroupau-prod.mirakl.net/login
- Navigate to Orders: My Orders > Orders to Process
- Select the relevant WestfieldDirect Order, and open by clicking on the blue Order ID
- Click Refund then select a Refund Reason and Click Confirm.
