Refunds and Cancellations are made in your Westfield Direct account not Omnivore

How to Refund the Order in Westfield Direct

  1. Login into your Mirakl account at https://scentregroupau-prod.mirakl.net/login
  2. Navigate to Orders: My Orders > Orders to Process
  3. Select the relevant WestfieldDirect Order, and open  by clicking on the blue Order ID
  4. Click Refund then select a Refund Reason and Click Confirm.

How to mark the order as 'Refunded' in Omnivore


Go to Omnivore


Go to "Orders" in the left-hand navigation and click "All Orders"

 

Find the order which you have refunded and click through to the page in Omnivore which holds the order information

Click 'Mark as refunded'
