Sometimes with WooCommerce connections we will need to get the retailer to reset their plugin and manually reconnect to the existing WooCommerce account.


The retailer will need to work through the steps at point 6 of  the following FAQ

They will send through the URL as directed in step 5 of the above FAQ.


You will need to break it down to pull out the following values:

&consumer_key=ck_a6765fe57682aa48b130143898654980786e9ffdad

Now go to Settings - WooCommerce Feed - General.

Update the following fields with the values you pulled from the URL.  


API Key = consumer_key

Password= consumer_secret

Access Key =key


Click on Update and test the connection.
