Overview
An eBay Plus badge on your listings helps you stand out on eBay by letting buyers know you deliver a great shopping experience. eBay also recognise and reward you with extra benefits and rewards. This FAQ reviews what you need to know about eBay plus criteria and setup on Omnivore. You can also view the article in the eBay Seller Centre eBay Plus for Sellers for more information.
eBay Plus Criteria
The eBay Plus status is at the individual listing level i.e you can have some products with eBay Plus and some without, however there is Seller AND Listing criteria that must be met.
To ENABLE the eBay Plus badge on a listing:
As a SELLER you must be
- Above Standard or eBay Top Rated
- Compliant with eBay selling policies
Your LISTINGS must be:
- Priced at $15 or more
- Item location and return address in Australia
- Fixed-price format
- Item isn’t heavy or bulky
- Free domestic postage**
- A reasonable price express postage option**
- 0-1 day handling
- No additional postage charge for multiple items
- Accept 30-day+ returns
Once you achieve the eBay Plus badge, you need to maintain it. Your performance will be monitored on a fortnightly basis and the eBay Plus badge may be temporarily removed from your listings until you are able to meet these requirements.
To MAINTAIN the eBay Plus badge
- Uploading valid tracking for at least 95% of your eBay Plus orders
- Meeting your handling time promise
- Offering and sending your eBay Plus orders with express delivery to metro buyers
How to get set up for eBay Plus in Omnivore/eBay LINK
The following settings will need to be set up in Omnivore/eBay LINK to meet the listing criteria in eBay Plus:

| Fixed-price format | You don't need to do anything, Omnivore creates all listings on eBay in a Fixed-price format. |
| Item isn’t heavy or bulky | This is a setting on eBay your shipping policy within the Business Policies in My eBay. |
| Free domestic postage | To check your shipping charges, go to Settings - eBay Australia - Shipping See Shipping articles for more information. |
| A reasonable price express postage option | To check your shipping charges, go to Settings - eBay Australia - Shipping See Shipping articles for more information. |
| 0-1 day handling | Handling time is set up when you create/edit a shipping policy. Go to Settings - eBay Australia - Shipping to edit. |
| No additional postage charge for multiple items | Additional items is set up when you create/edit a shipping policy. Go to Settings - eBay Australia - Shipping to edit. |

Offering and sending your eBay Plus orders with express delivery to metro buyers | Express Shipping is set up when you create/edit a shipping policy. Go to Settings - eBay Australia - Shipping to edit. See Shipping articles for more information. |
Uploading valid tracking for at least 95% of your eBay Plus orders | You must upload tracking to your ecommerce platform. Omnivore/eBay LINK will check for the carrier and tracking code when we check that the order has been shipped. |
