Overview
In this FAQ we will show you how to find your Product ID's in your WooCommerce Store. This is important because Omnivore uses the WooCommerce Product ID as our SKU. If you have mapped your Product ID to the Omnivore SKU you will need to know how to find your WooCommerce Product IDs.
How to find an individual Product ID.
- In WooCommerce, go to Products and hover over the product you need the ID for. The product ID number will then be displayed. In this example the ID is 19 (this number can be much larger depending on the number of products you have).
How to find all of the Product IDs of your Product.
- In WooCommerce, go to Products.
- Click the Export button.
- Click the Generate CSV button.
- Once you have exported the CSV, you can then open it and you will see the Product ID in the first column labeled ID.
Find WooCommerce SKU values
- In WooCommerce, go to Products and you will see a list of all your products.
- Click on the product for which you want to find the SKU. The individual product editing page will open.
- The Inventory tab should load and you will find the SKU for the product if it has a SKU. Note that SKU is not a mandatory field in WooCommerce so this may be blank. In the screenshot below the SKU is tshirt
Find ALL of your WooCommerce SKU values
- In WooCommerce, go to Products
- Click the Export button
- Click the Generate CSV button
- Once you have exported the CSV, you can then open it and you will see the SKU value in the column labeled SKU if a product has one. Note that SKU is not a mandatory field in WooCommerce so this may be blank.
