Overview
Our system is able to generate a number of different reports to help you track the performance of your marketplace store(s). This FAQ directs you where you can view these reports and what each report is for.
Where to view Reports
You can view these reports by selecting "Reporting" from the left-hand menu.
Daily order report
This report generates a CSV containing the details of all orders received during the specified period ( 24hrs, 1 week or 1 month).
Invoiced orders report
This report generates a CSV containing the details of all orders received during the specified invoice period.
Product block list report
This report generates a CSV file containing a list of the SKUs and associated product names, for all products which are currently blocked from listing on the marketplace.
Retailer insights report
This report shows a number of different graphs which show how your marketplace store is performing.
