Refunding eBay Orders

Important: You cannot refund eBay orders through BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Omnivore. Refunds must be processed directly in your eBay account.

 

Refund an eBay Order for Shopify Sellers

If you are using Shopify, please see this help article for how to process refunds.


Refund an eBay Order for all other Platforms.

  1. Log in to your eBay seller account.

  2. Follow eBay's instructions to cancel the order and refund the customer:

    Update Omnivore

    After issuing the refund on eBay, mark the order as Refunded in Omnivore from the order page. This will prevent further notifications about the order in the system.
