Refunding eBay Orders

Important: You cannot refund eBay orders through BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Omnivore. Refunds must be processed directly in your eBay account.

How to Refund an eBay Order If Not Using Shopify

  1. Log in to your eBay seller account.

  2. Follow eBay's instructions to cancel the order and refund the customer:

    Update Omnivore

    After issuing the refund on eBay, mark the order as Refunded in Omnivore from the order page. This will prevent further notifications about the order in the system.
