From 1st of November 2026 Omnivore is separating Kogan into country-specific marketplace connections for Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Each marketplace will appear as a separate marketplace in Omnivore with a unique seller ID and Dashboard.
Prior to the 1st of November 2026 if you were selling on Kogan AU and NZ or just Kogan NZ, it was all set up from the one Kogan marketplace in Omnivore - this set up has since been 'grandfathered' and going forward, all new Kogan marketplaces will have Kogan AU, Kogan NZ and Kogan USA set up as separate marketplaces in Omnivore.
Adding new Kogan marketplaces
Choose the Kogan marketplace that matches the country you want to sell in. If you sell in more than one country, each marketplace needs to be set up and managed separately. Kogan will provide you with a unique Seller ID and Seller token for each country.
Legacy Accounts
A legacy account is an existing Omnivore connection to Kogan that was set up under the original integration, before the country-specific marketplaces were separated. The “Legacy Account” setting identifies this earlier connection so Omnivore can handle it appropriately.
“Legacy” describes the Omnivore connection; it does not mean your Kogan seller account has expired.
How to Identify if you have a 'Legacy' set up

Do I need to change my existing Kogan connection?
If you already sell on Kogan AU and/or Kogan NZ prior to 1st of November, leave your current connection as it is, you don't need to do anything.
