Fix Connection Errors Between Your eCommerce Store and Omnivore

Restore your ecommerce store connection to Omnivore.

This article is about resolving connection errors to your ecommerce store.

Overview

  • Omnivore requires a connection to your ecommerce store to update products, inventory and orders
  • To check the connection, go to Settings - Feed (e.g Shopify Feed, BigCommerce Feed) - General. Click 'Check Connection' 

How to Resolve Connection Errors

Magento

NOTE:  For Magento and WooCommerce sellers you may sometimes see a HTTP error code in the 400 or 500 range, they are two common connection error codes that we see.

BigCommerce

  • It is unusual to have connection issues with BigCommerce; please check that the Omnivore/Omnipro app is installed in BigCommerce
