Validation Error
"product media missing" - this indicates that we cannot find any images for the product.
The most common problem is that the product hasn't got any images or all the images have been excluded one way or another. By default we exclude images based on:
- The image has been marked as 'exclude' in Magento (see note below)
- The image is tag 'thumbnail' in Magento (or an name that includes 'thumbnail')
- The image tag has been included in our settings to be excluded, see "Settings > Feed > General > Excluded Media Tag (comma separated)".
In some cases an image is marked as 'exclude' in Magento to remove it from an image gallery. If this is the case please let support know and we can alter your configuration to ignore the Magento Image 'exclude'.
